Aviapartner The Netherlands offers ground handling services to airlines at
Amsterdam and Rotterdam airports.
- Passenger handling: check-in, ticketing, boarding assistance, baggage tracing services;
- Ramp handling: loading and unloading of baggage and cargo to/from aircraft, provision of ground power, cabin cleaning, water and sanitary services, freight and baggage transfer, headset, pushback and towing;
- Traffic operations: preparation of flight documentation, ground to air communication, calculation of weight and balance, set-up of loadsheets, operations communication, crew briefing.
- Cargo handling: warehousing, palletising, import and export procedures, customs clearance, trucking services (in Amsterdam only).
In 2008, Aviapartner Handling handled 29,520 flights and 4,667,000 passengers in the Netherlands. In 2008 Aviapartner Cargo handled 383,000 tons of cargo in Amsterdam. Aviapartner currently employs some 1,060 staff in the Netherlands

Facilities and Equipment
The full range of ground handling support equipment to handle aircraft up to B747 is available.
All Aviapartner stations use a DCS information system, either on the airlines' own DCS or on Aviapartner's own Common Language Environment (ACE).
At Amsterdam, Aviapartner's cargo warehouse covers 45,000 m2.
