Aviapartner offers ground handling services to airlines in France:

Bordeaux, La Rochelle, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Nice, Strasbourg, and Toulouse

• Passenger handling: check-in, ticketing, boarding assistance, baggage tracing services, assistance to disabled passengers;
• Ramp handling: loading and unloading of baggage and cargo to/from aircraft on the ground, ground power provision to aircraft, cleaning of aircraft cabin, water and sanitary services for aircraft, freight and baggage transfer from/to terminal/warehouse, crew transfer from/to aircraft/hotel, pushback and towing with headset, mashalling of aircraft to final stop, aircraft de-icing;
• Traffic operations: preparation of flight documentation, ground to air communication, calculation of weight and balance, set-up of loadsheet, crew briefing.

Paris CDG, Basel-Mulhouse and Lyon

• Cargo handling: warehousing, palletizing, import and export procedures, customs clearance, trucking services.

Bordeaux, Lille, Marseille, Nantes, Paris-Orly, Strasbourg and Toulouse

• Aviapartner has exclusive cargo-handling partnerships with local handlers.

Lille and Nice

• Catering loading : At Lille airport, Aviapartner operates through Aviapartner Lille, a joint venture with the Airport authorities.

In 2008, Aviapartner Handling handled some 100,000 flights and 13,850,000 passengers on the ground in the French airports where it is active (see above). Aviapartner Cargo handled 62,000 tons of cargo in warehouses at airports where it is active in France (see above). Aviapartner France employs some 1,500 staff.

Facilities and Equipment

All necessary ground support equipment to handle aircraft up to B747 (high-loaders, pushbacks, towing tractors, de-icers, toilet and water carts, start units, steps, ground power units, carts, dollies).

All Aviapartner stations use a DCS information system, either on the Gaëtan data system, on the airlines' own DCS, or on Aviapartner's own Common Language Environment (ACE).

Aviapartner's cargo warehouses cover some 2,000 m² in Basel-Mulhouse, 6,600 m² in Paris CDG and 1,300 m² in Lyon.

Aviapartner Cargo has been appointed "habilitated agent" by the DGAC (Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile) for freight security in all stations of the network.

All handling services, training and qualifications are in line with the JAR OPS.
